The farm covers 420 hectares, with 100 dedicated to coffee, growing at a high altitude of about 1000 meters.

They grow the prized Yellow Catuai variety, processed using the pulped natural method, giving it a rich and flavorful taste. At Fazenda Santa Clara, environmental care and sustainable practices are super important. The Pereira family, now in their third generation, have roots tracing back to Italian and Portuguese immigrants. They make sure to preserve native forests and protect water sources, ensuring their coffee is not just delicious but also sustainably produced.
