Crescendo Blend
Crescendo Espresso Blend is our flagship espresso and follows in the flavor footsteps of Italian espresso history. Crescendo is a full-bodied espresso with cocoa and nutty notes and just a slight bit of sweetness, a flavor profile made for milk-based drinks. This Arabica blend is composed of Brazilian, Guatemalan, and Indonesian coffees.

Why it works
Brazil brings a smooth, chocolatey base. Guatemala adds balance and a touch of sweetness. Indonesia rounds it out with body and depth. The result holds up beautifully in lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas, and still tastes great as a straight shot.
Brewing tips
- Espresso: start around 18 g in and 36 g out in 25–30 seconds, then adjust your grind to taste.
- Moka pot or AeroPress: a great way to get espresso-style coffee at home.
- Drip or French press: makes a rich, low-acid everyday cup.

Roasted fresh in Kansas City
We roast every Tuesday in small batches at our Grandview facility. Orders placed by Monday at midnight are roasted Tuesday and shipped that week, so your coffee arrives days off the roaster, not months. Local customers can choose free pickup in Grandview on Thursday or Friday, 12–5 PM.
